This was my first assigned project from the college. The task was to produce a film that consisted of a list of shots.
The shots featured are (in order):
Panning shot
Macro shot
Product shot
Focus pull
Wide/Extreme Wide shot
Tracking (crab) shot
Mid shot
We also had to include the aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

My second college assignment was to produce a music video. This was completed over the course of 6 weeks.

For the third college assignment, I had to produce an animated title sequence for a film/TV show. I chose one of my all-time favourite films The World's End. I used Photoshop to create the elements After Effects to animate the scenes and Premiere Pro to put the scenes together with the music.

The fourth college task sourced from December 2019 all the way into January 2020. This project needed to be a short film with zero dialogue and utilized sound in the most efficient ways. This meant I had to research into different microphones and ways of recording sound.
I used my phone's microphone to record all the foley sound effects in the film.

This was the shortest project assigned to me by the college. The task was to produce a single visual effects shot. I used After Effects to create the blue portal animation and one of my led lights shrouded by a blue gel to fill the room with a cyan colour.

This was the last project I completed for the college before the country went into lockdown. The task was to create an advert for a product that we had picked out of a bag at random. Another student had done the research for the credit card for me to incorporate into the advert. I did the research for their product which was ketchup which they put into their advert.

After going into lockdown, I suddenly found myself with more free time on my hands than I had before. I used the free time to plan and write a script and then shoot the film across three days. Initially I was going to get a couple of friends along to help but because this was the worst of the pandemic for the country, I shot the film on my own.

After completing A Self Destroyer, I decided to dedicate most of my time in lockdown on extending and developing the story that had been established in the previous film.

While I was browsing through my old laptop, I found footage of me from five years prior, nervously speaking to the camera. I decided to utilize the footage and write a script for me to interact with my younger self. As I was writing the script, I saw opportunity to tie the video to A Self Destroyer so I did just that.

The Intruder is a short film created by me for an online film course ran by the Offshoot Foundation. Each week we were tasked to produce a short project and this was my submission.

This was created for my Final Major Project set by my college. Before the lockdown, this was compulsory but a couple of months into lockdown, it was decided that the final major projects would not be graded. After some conflict and consideration, I decided to carry on with my final major project with the progress I had already made.

The story behind this short film is very similar to that of Discombobulation. I found some old footage of me on holiday from a couple of years ago on my old laptop. I decided to write a script that would allow me to have past me meet present me. As I was writing I once again thought about connecting this film to A Self Destroyer. During the writing stage, I came up with a mini series that I would go on to call The Catastrophe and this would tie directly into that.

This was another short project I was tasked with by the online film workshop. The task was to create a trailer for a blockbuster film. I was sitting at my desk and I spotted some dusty old knock off Lego figures. I grabbed my camera and started playing around with them.

Following on from What leads to Catastrophe, the series focuses on a group of identical-looking boys who are terrorized by an impossible gunman.
As of today (11th of December 2020) I have only completed five out of six episodes for the series. I put together a trailer in August to promote it to the viewers.

Our first task when we returned to college for year 2 was to work in a group to create a short film within 48 hours. Due to the circumstances of the pandemic, we were given a week to prepare in advance for production. My roles were scriptwriter and actor.
Our group won awards for best sound design and best acting.

A B R U P T U M was initially supposed to be a 30-minute short film that got watered down to a 2-minute trailer due to the lack of resources and time. This was completed for my Final Major Project in my final year on my college course.

On Paper is the 1st instalment in a series of films. This 20 minute short depicts 2 identical, cohabiting characters who find themselves terrorised by an unsettling presence.

Block is the next film in the On Paper saga. This film takes place almost entirely in a car on a driveway. Our 2 identical protagonists, are on the lookout for a potential apprehender of theirs, that stalks their streets. However, there is more to their predicament than merely another human.

Old Nick is the next film in the On Paper saga. Isolated in an empty land, our 3 protagonists must prepare themselves for the imminent arrival of what Ma would call "Old Nick".
